We offer the following shipping options for customers within the United States:

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@lunerybracelet.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
